ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES

You can access Zoom web meeting platform using a computer / laptop or mobile device like a phone or tablet. 

To join live, choose one of the options below:

      1) Join the video conference - Use the free Zoom app - 
Download the app here
There are options for downloading to a computer (choose the "Zoom Client for Meeting" option) and for mobile devices too.  Simply scroll down until you find the mobile app selection for your device.

Once you download the app and sign in, choose "Join" and enter meeting ID: XXX XX XXXX (The meeting ID and password will be in your Paypal receipt under "Item #") ​

      2) Join the video conference Zoom Meeting via a web browser at this link: 

https://zoom.us/j/XXXXXXXXX (The meeting ID and password will be in your Paypal receipt under "Item #")

Barre classes allow you to get in touch with full-body muscular strength in ranges of motion that you otherwise cannot reach. 
If you don't have a barre a stable surface to hold on such as the back of a chair can be just enough.
This class often utilizes a set of dumbbells (medium), a Bender ball, resistance bands, gliders, and a mat.

ULTIMATE CONDITIONING

Tone up your body through utilization of many compound movements that lets you get a full-body workout of three hours in one hour. 
You don't need a leg day, shoulder day and an arm day. We will get it done in one hour a week on Sunday!
This class often utilizes a couple sets of dumbbells (heavy and medium), a Bender ball, resistance bands, gliders, and a mat.

DEEP STRETCHING FOR FLEXIBILITY

Designed to give you an all around stretch for the entire body with extra focus on specific body parts in 30 -45 minutes.

This class utilizes static, dynamic, active, passive, assisted, ballistic and PNF stretches to make you more limber. I am a true believer that these deep stretches increased my flexibility and mobility over the course of 10+ years and I want to share the techniques I studied with you to keep you young and youthful.
This class often utilizes a mat, resistance bands, gliders, and yoga blocks.

Don't fret if you have never done yoga before.
I will explain how to do every pose and why we do it. 
You will receive a full body workout in stretching, flexibility and balance. 
Suitable for all levels. 
Follows my unique sequencing and not one specific type of yoga. 
You will explore a variety of poses and special flexibility 
techniques that are unique to my style.
